  1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Besty, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

  1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Besty.

  1. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use Besty for personal, non commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with applicable Apple terms.

  1. Nature of the App

Besty provides local utility outputs and similarity based results for personal reference and entertainment purposes only.

Besty does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, employment, housing, safety, identity, or other professional advice or determinations.

No output generated by Besty is a factual statement about any person.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use Besty in violation of applicable law

  • Use Besty to harass, abuse, discriminate against, surveil, or harm any person

  • Use Besty to make employment, housing, credit, insurance, legal, educational, medical, safety, or other consequential decisions about any person

  • Use images you are not authorized to use

  • Use Besty in a manner that infringes the rights of any person or third party

You are responsible for how you use the application and how you interpret any output it produces.

  1. Consent and User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of images and other content complies with applicable law and any consent requirements that may apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you assume responsibility for your use of Besty and for any decisions or actions taken based on app outputs.

  1. In App Purchases

If paid features are offered, purchases are processed by Apple. Billing, payment processing, subscription management, and refund handling are subject to Apple terms and policies.

  1. Intellectual Property

The application, including its software, design, branding, and related content, is owned by Alp Sahin or licensed to the operator of Besty and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain rights in content you lawfully provide for your own use in the app.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Besty is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, accurate, reliable, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alp Sahin and Besty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, reputation, or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of Besty.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, if liability cannot be excluded, total liability arising out of or related to Besty is limited to the amount you paid for the app or related subscription during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Besty if required by law, by Apple platform rules, or if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You may stop using Besty at any time by deleting the app.

  1. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, excluding conflict of laws rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Besty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

  1. Apple Notice

These Terms are between you and Alp Sahin, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Besty or its content and is a third party beneficiary of these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable Apple terms.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of Besty after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator of Besty regarding the application, except to the extent additional Apple terms apply.
