Besty is designed to operate on device. This Privacy Policy explains how Besty handles information in connection with the mobile application.

  1. Age Requirement

Besty is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use the application.

3. No Server Collection
Besty does not collect or store your scan data on our servers.
Your images, saved cards, scan results, place readings, and related analysis data stay on your device.

4. On Device Data Only
Besty works locally on your device.
Any data needed for the app to function, including saved cards, scan results, place readings, and app settings, remains on your device unless you choose to share something yourself using Apple system features.

  1. Sharing

Besty does not automatically share your app data with third parties. Content is shared only if you choose to use Apple system sharing features.

  1. In App Purchases

If in app purchases are offered, they are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

  1. Third Party Services

Besty does not use third party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Besty may rely on Apple provided frameworks and services required for app functionality, device level processing, and in app purchase support.

  1. Data Retention and Deletion

Because Besty is designed to operate on device, app data remains on your device until you delete it through the app or remove the app from your device.

If you delete the app or use the in app deletion feature, locally stored Besty data on that device is removed.

  1. Nature of the App

Besty provides local utility outputs for personal reference and entertainment purposes. Outputs generated by the app are not factual statements about any person and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment, housing, or safety determinations.

  1. Your Rights

Because we do not store your scan data or similar analysis data on our servers, your app data generally remains under your control on your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
